YourPlans standard floor plans are produced for print and email as universally readable Adobe PDF digital files. These gray-tone drawings include color logos and your photograph, if desired, and are compatible with all Windows and Macintosh computers. Typical print-ready plans are set-up in the format for 8 1/2" x 11" printer paper unless you request otherwise. Typical image size is under 1MB and will email easily as attachments.

The drawings produced for print and email are universally readable Adobe PDF digital files. These full-color drawings include your color logos, contact information and your photograph, if desired, and are compatible with all Windows and Macintosh computers. The drawings produced for the web are color jpeg (Graphics Format), a 256-bit-per-pixel bitmap image format. The format uses a palette of up to a million distinct colors and allows for very small file size and ultra-fast loading.

 

NEW FOR 2012: The web versions are now compatible with phones, ipads, and tablets.

Full-color, textured versions can be created for your floor plans. This option can often be very useful for builders, developers, and others marketing properties that are not built yet and thus color photographs or videos are not available to help buyers visualize the use of space. As with the standard drawings, they are produced for print and email as universally readable Adobe PDF digital files. These full-color drawings include color logos and your photograph, if desired, and are compatible with all Windows and Macintosh computers. They are also set-up in the format for 8 1/2" x 11" printer paper unless you request otherwise. Typical image size is also under 1MB and will email easily as attachments.

 

BUILDER & DEVELOPER PACKAGES (call for quote)

Large format, camera-ready versions can also be created for your floor plans and your locus plans. They are designed to consistently apply your brand to all the marketing mediums you are using. This can be very useful in showrooms, on-site trailers, and for open houses. Unlike the standard drawings, they are produced for specialty graphics printers and include crop marks and do not require any re-work by your printer. They are full-color Adobe digital files and include your color logos, your realtor's logos & their photographs, if desired, and are compatible with all large-format printers/plotters. They are set-up in standard large-format paper sizes and optimized for your budget and available wall space. Typical image size is very large and will not email easily as attachments. Usually CD's or DVD are provided and can be sent directly to your printers.
